These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the Cook-Kit mobile application (“Application”) provided by The Food Crew - FZCO (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our Website or Application, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions
1.Application: The Cook-Kit mobile application available on Android and iOS for accessing Services.
2.Customer: Any individual or entity using the Website or Application with the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
3.Subscription: A meal plan provided by the Service Provider, ordered by the Customer.
4.Order: A Customer’s purchase of Subscriptions through the Website or Application.
5.Personal Data: Information about an identifiable individual, as per UAE data protection laws.
3. Use of Website and Application
1.Customers need compatible devices and internet access to use the Website or Application.
2.By using the Website or Application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
3.Accounts created via the Website or Application must remain secure, and login credentials must not be shared.
4. Subscription and Orders
1.Subscriptions displayed on the Website or Application are invitations to submit offers, not binding offers.
2.Orders are confirmed upon payment and acknowledgment from the Service Provider.
3.The minimum Subscription duration is 4 days, and test orders may be placed for a single day.
4.Customers may update delivery preferences and reschedule deliveries via the Application.
5. Delivery Timelines
1.Deliveries are made on Mondays and Wednesdays, with kits covering two days of meals:
Monday delivery: Meals for Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday delivery: Meals for Wednesday and Thursday.
2.Customers must select morning or evening delivery time slots at checkout.
3.Rescheduling of deliveries is available through the Application.
6. Refund Policy
1.Refund requests must be emailed to help@cook-kit.com.
2.Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
3.Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer once the subscriber provides their bank details.
7. Prices and Payments
1.Prices are inclusive of VAT and listed in AED.
2.Delivery fees vary by location and are displayed during checkout.
3.Payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards.
8. Data Collection and Use
We are committed to protecting your data as per UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
1.Personal Data collected includes your name, email, address, and payment details.
2.Data is retained for 10 years unless otherwise required by law.
3.Cookies are used to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. Refer to the appended Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
9. Complaints
1.Complaints must be submitted via email and include the issue description and proof of purchase.
2.Complaints will be addressed within 14 days.
10. Liability and Limitations
1.The Service Provider’s liability is limited to direct losses caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2.No liability is assumed for indirect losses, health reactions, or failure due to Force Majeure.
11. Right of Withdrawal
1.Due to the perishable nature of goods, confirmed orders cannot be withdrawn except in cases of Service Provider fault.
2.For non-perishable items, withdrawal rights apply as per UAE Consumer Protection Law.
12. Changes to Terms
1.The Service Provider may amend these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
2.Updates will be communicated 14 days in advance on the Website.
